Dang those are nice.....
I know a good place to try them
Yup, I volunteer to try them. Awesome work Bob. :ThumbsUp
I like them! Im not sure if they are bluegill, but they sure do look good and I think they will pound the crappie!
Baby gills are just clear smoke color with olive green backs and sometimes a blue hue. They dont get the orange until adults at breeding age. Every crappie ive caught in the last 3 weeks has been packed full of them, made me rethink my bait colors.
Looking good. Still have my screen mesh I bought ages ago to do this type of effect and have never used it. I need too as these look really cool.
Are these cs19 on your website?
Thanks
Good looking bait, but I'm with Kevin22. Small gills don't have orange on them. Little bitty ones don't have a whole lot of color. Then they get yellow on the belly. Gotta be mature fish to have orange.

Belly is way to orange for small gills at least in Ohio, but great looking bait. I they might past for Rosie reds in the South.
I will be working on Rossi Red later on .
Bob, start the Rosie Red after you get finished with the Threadfin Shad :biggrin
All of those will be gobbled up by some hungry Crappie. You do fantastic work Bob. Well done.

You the man Bob. Got my order in last weekend and got home Wednesday and they had arrived in the mail. Now that’s service! I really like your baits tail action is great at low speed. I tried 6 different ones Saturday with 5 of the 6 producing fish and 3 of the 5 were the best producers of the day and they don’t tare like some of the baits I been using!
thanks so much !
Get to work Bob!
