Tried a few member sponsors, so far no luck. Who makes an unpainted barbed collar ball jig with bronze hook in a 1/80 size with a #8 hook, and a 1/80, #6 hook? I want 200 of each, so 400 total.
Thanks

Thanks, those are nice jigs, but they don't have the barbed collar or another style plastic keeper on them.
Story about that. I can’t remember seeing any that small with barb.

Going to have to use super glue with them that small. At best may be able to use a wire keeper but I doubt it. 1/80 already tough to pour.
I actually already have some with a no 6 hook; I'm running low (it's been a couple years and I buy hundreds at a time) and can't remember where I got them.
try grousefly, be sure to order a few weeks in advance of actually needing them
Thanks Herb.
Thanks, chaunc, I've ordered some jigs from TJ. However, he only goes down to 1/64. However, I've found the 1/80 before. Here's a photo of 3 jigs with barbs that I have, all on a number 6 hook, from left to right--1/80, 1/64, and 1/32. The latter was added for comparison. They're out there, just have to find them. Notice how thin the lead is on the 1/80 hook shank, and how small the barb is, but it's there. I just need to find them again.

"Killer Jigs", i believe he has them down to 1/100 oz.
Thanks, I'll check them out.
If you could get a jewelry scale and weigh those, I think a 1/48 from Litewire will probably be pretty close. That's if a extra fine wire hook will work for your application. Maybe pour the 1/64 and trim a little off with a dremel?
Thanks. I've got some 1/64's on order, so the dremel idea is a good one if I can't find them somewhere. I looked at Killer Jig and they don't go down to 1/80 on the web site, but I didn't call them yet.
Years ago I got some 1/80. Kiptail jigs from a member here from Minnesota. Keith Nelson, crappie Keith was his screen name. Maybe he could direct you to where you could find some 1/100 heads too. I’m not sure if he’s still on the site but it won’t hurt to try to find him.
Thanks chaunc
