i am trying to match a jig but all the hooks I find are too big

If I was fishing for crappie, I would choose the jig you tied.
I’m like E T that one you tied should be perfect for crappie. Now if bream fishing different story. Might try litewirehooker a sponsor on here. Curtis can probably fix you up.

Great job! I like the bigger hook as well unless in real thick cover!

Try "killer jigs", have bought from them numerous times. They may have what you are looking for.
I also vote for your jig. Look at the gap between the eye and the point. The smaller hook point is pointing directly at the eye. Bigger gap means better hook up. 1/8oz that I pour usually have at least #4 and usually #2.
Twenty-two on your own jigs.... don't get no better
Smallest I go on an 1/8th oz is a 4 and biggest on a 1/16th oz is a size 4. Now I do tie some smaller jigs for super finicky fish and have caught some 2lbers on 1/124 oz fishing shallow
water. Main thing is you have to have confidence in the bait you are using.
