Good turnout of the crappie.com members and wives. Yellowstone cafe had walleye festival on and it was excellent. Good to meet new guys and renew with those we knew. Lslangler did good job organizing and good time and lots of stories shared. The LOZ CREW of Richard, paul and Tony came up and we appreciated their coming. What a great time. Thanks to all who came. Special thanks to Richard, Paul and Tony who came in from the Rolla area and drove back home last night.
We had an excellent time, thanks to Mark an Keith for organizing this get together. It's always nice to visit with old friends and make new ones. Hope you make this an annual event!!!

For our new members
It’s easy to just watch the Missouri fishing page and move on.
From now til May be sure to check in with the off topic page for information on spring camp the first weekend in May. This is an opportunity to spend some time with some of the most knowledgeable fisherman on the lake. We will have a couple of big meal as a group an some great fun around the camp fire. Some cold beverages will be consumed but as a rule we just have a great fellowship with like minded fishermen. Bring the wives as they are welcome too and some of them might just teach you something.

Is there a specific group for LOZ? I am a brand new member and usually fish the LOZ around the Grand Glaize Bridge area. Looking to swap secrets, tips and spots. (I have been working on making my own and will get several more this year too)
No said loz group , but there are quite a few of that group that do a bit of fishing at loz , if you really want to meet the missouri group there is a get together planned the 1st weekend in may at the "A" loop at bucksaw campgrounds at truman reservoir , usually a bbq on friday night and a fish fry on saturday with all kinds of ear bending all the timeQuote:
