Yup, they look good.
They should work.
I have been wondering what those finished baits were going to look like since you gave us a sneak peek of the drawings a couple weeks ago. They are really going to cause problems for a lot of fish! I like that they are 2 1/2 inches. Very good looking. Are they your design or did Print-a-Lure design them for you?
I fish that style bait all over Eastern US, they are killers.
Nice Slim's Bob!
Robert
Was casting something similar back in the day
until dropped the mold an broke it
May look familiar as I used a tap of some sort to create it
intention later was incorporating some sort of tail
eventually found someone beat me to it dropped the whole idea

A guy this last summer give me some Similar to your picture of Bill
There is a company making them G or somebody found a company and posted it on here but they are being made by a company so somebody took your I deal and went full steam on it ?
Robert
Never the less your creations are outstanding which has me in a color combination question
I usually try to replicate a tie pattern from a real or plastic bait
Think you can come close to this color combination doing just the opposite :scratchhead
(Royal Blue body - whitish gray tail )

Cool Thanks Dave
What's the diameter of those
Would be interesting to see that mold design
I did inquire as having a mold made but
Co. never returned a reply
I was going to name it A Tap Worm
My customers an fishing partners also said they
had seen them around only under a different brand name
oh well, off to other designing challenges

I don’t know I remember someone asked about them in forums a while back and CrappyPappy found them. Then I think they were asked about again and “G” answered. I saved them this time after looking them up....lol.
Cubby Nail-Tail Jig Tails – Cubby Lures
Seems Robert brought back a shared idea we had
That I never followed through with
this was to be two aluminum blanks
sandwiched together drilled on their breaks
with small dia drill for the tail then enlarge the body portion
Using desired drill size followed by tapping the hole
The end result would be a top pour
with a larger dia on the flip side making
it more diversified for larger fish
Would be a simple project as became out of sight out of mind
