Looks like they must have some pretty reasonable labor rates along with mechanic that hustles. Sounds like your set.
Oh by the way one more thing, where is your safety chain to bow eye?
The ones I've been using would have charged that to change the jack stand roller.
Mine was (is) in the shop 3 weeks before I got an estimate and they ordered parts. Now 2 more weeks before it will be ready (I hope).

Y’all sound like my ex wife. Lol I use a pull tie down strap when I haul it gewber. Notice the pipe stub on the bow? Hook from there to the trailer. Got to get a new one. The one I have is fraied. Jack stand is fine. Only 3 years old. 2 1/2 ton. Next question?
I just knew cray would climb on you bout that safety chain. Rode me for 2 months before I gave in. Good job, sounds like you ready to go once you get the new unit installed.

Yeh snubby, I don’t go anywhere without one. Don’t want to have a Wanabe happen. Only person I know that forgot to latch down his trailer ball and have his trailer come unhooked from his truck. Hence the annual JADA award we used to give out. Lol
Lol, know safety chains from truck to trailer is a must have. I meant the safety chain from your bow eye to the winch stand eyelet for your boat. In case the winch strap broke. And surely wannabe didn't do anything like that [emoji23][emoji23]

Years what I was talking about. Use a pull type tie down strap. Hook both ends and pull it tight. Better safe than sorry
On the subject of straps, I have a couple of buds that refuse to use tie down straps on their boat. Says "it's too heavy, ain't going nowhere". Well I've been behind him when he hit railroad tracks and that "heavy" boat came up off the boards about 4 to 6 inches then slammed back down causing the whole trailer to bounce. Course this is the same guy that won't wear a life jacket. :bash
Now look, if y’all gonna ride me, you gonna have to get facts straight. My mishap was caused by the hitch pin being in place in FRONT of the receiver hitch instead the through. From my life lesson, I’ve found out that THROUGH is the most important detail. That said, safety chains in place. I’m ignernt, but I ain’t stewpit.
Wannabe...

Dang it, just remembered that I was supposed to order a new strap... But, then I remembered that I was gonna get a new winch.
Don't forget to rotate the trailer tires and match left and right sides correctly!!
My neighbor does that...the bouncing against the skids finally split his hull in two places about 3 ft. long
They were in a hurry to get yo money. [emoji1787][emoji23]
