I'll say it again folks, most fishermen here know cranks and how to pull them. My videos are made for/by a tourist site that has lots of folks who have no clue about pulling cranks. Same thing with my seminars, I have to base my message to the crowd that is on hand.
Thanks for watching.
Excellent! Thanks.
Good video Doug.
Really good show...thanks!

Great video, just getting into pulling crankbaits. Appreciate the info.
Good videos...informative. Thanks for sharing
I dont normally pull cranks for anything. However, in the days that did try pulling them, i only caught bass, perch and stripers. Never a crappie. lol. Surprised they are that effective for them. Good info.
Once the water temps get up to the 60s and the crappie spawn is winding down, go to the ledges closest to shallows that have 12 or more feet of water and start working the cranks just off the drops. Concentrate on the points or current breaks. Don't leave an area until you have pulled the cranks in both directions. Some days they just want it different. Start out with several different colors/patterns/sizes to see what they want.
You are going to catch everything in the lake that will eat a minnow on cranks. Don't look at that as a bad thing.
Cranks are deadly on crappie at the right time and situation. Great video Doug!!
Nice video, I learned something new.
Thanks, I always enjoy your vids.
