Hi this is Crappie Thumper. Or atleast I hope to be again if it gets back above zero degrees. It's been pretty cold lately in the middle of Iowa. I really LOVE this forum you guys have here. I wish I had found it sooner. I was thinking about hiring a crappie guide for a day on Lake Rathbun in southern Iowa and was looking for some suggestions on who to get.

Questions about specific lakes are usually best posted in the state forum where that lake is (as you've already done) .... general information posts can be made on the Main Forum or in one of the other forums specific to that topic.
This forum is for discussions on topics not particularly or necessarily related to fishing, but also not political in nature.
