I saw it on wife's facebook. I know the guy and it has to be legit, but I can't verify it. But I don't doubt it.....they are in there for sure!

Well, there goes the neighborhood...
Landmark news!!!! Never would have expected to see a 3 pounder come out of butla. Probably caught at Tunica cut-off and reported as butla to keep traffic down.

Naw Gomer, it's a fact! Picture was taken at Bayou Point ramp. Launched there many times. The young man that caught it is an excellent hunter and fisherman in his late 20's - early 30's. I know him personally. People that fish that lake know it's a sleeper and has been known to produce some pigs.
Tunica has some pigs for sure.

That’s what the tourist guys would like for you to think. We haven’t had 3 lb crappie in years down here.
Heck! New world's record came out of Tennessee. That must be where the big ones live.

There's never been 3lbers in Arkabutla ever, he probably has the lake record you will never see that again🤣 you have no Idea how bad Arkabutla is you just need to go to Sardis or Grenada to catch the really big fish.🤐 You won't even catch a fish out of Arkabutla anymore.

with as much fishing pressure as the lakes are getting now i dont see how a fish can grow to 3 pounds without being caught first.
All the 3lb were taken out by them darn Yankees
