That's awesome! What type aluminum do you use, 6061, 5052? I bought a spool gun for my Miller 172 recently and I like it!

I did same thing but used flat Aluminum bar.
ID cut my foot off as clumsy as I am if I had to move around.still nice job
As soon as we make sure it’s the way I want it , I’m gonna round off the edges and clean it up some ! Lol. This is still in development stage !!!!

Add the kicker off the back and shims underneath so no weight is on storage compartment doors .

The heater is a golf cart heater the wind hasn’t even blown it out ! Now it’s not gonna keep you warm but it’s great to warm your hands . It’s about 100.00

Sitting over it (heater between your feet) will keep you plenty warm but you have to be very careful since you dont see the flame. I used the same heater during the winter when night fishoing.
