1/16oz ball head in white with a #1 hook in chartreuse!
1/32 ounce, #2 hook, Monkey Milk BGBS
Trout Magnet.......Bison colored......1/32 ounce jig head.

1/16 chartreuse Road Runner with a Blk/chartreuse Wally Marshal Joker.
I'd opt for a 1/16 oz. ball head jig with an electric chicken colored Bobby Garland Baby Shad. (But I'd also sneak in a RR in my back pocket!) :)
1/16oz plain jig head , with #4 eagle claw bronze hook, and Bobby garland baby shad in pearl white, fished on 6# stren crappie mono in gold
1/16 oz. Purple and lime hair jig. Works almost every trip.

1/16oz marabou Road Runner ... solid PINK. (custom tied by Skiptomylou, since Blakemore doesn't make one)
(but, if I fished "all year round" it would probably be a 2.5" Fathead Minnow on a #2 Aberdeen hook :fingerdance )

1/16 oz road runner with 2 inch curly tail black/chartreuse.........This is my "fishfinder".
1/16 oz road runner with 2 inch curly tail Purple/chartreuse
1/32 plain jighead#2 hook with southern pro crawdad color curly tail 2" hot grub fished slow as you possibly can then slow down some more.
1/16 oz. ball head with black/chartreuse BGBS

Baby shad seems real popular. First time I bought them I didn't think they looked like a winner. Wonder what it is about them that Crappie like. When I used tubes I had lot of other species hit them but not so much with the baby shad.

But my dad ( he’s 86) on the other hand will not use a anything but a “smoke sparkle” tube with an unpainted 1/16
Head 99% of the time.
The 3 lakes he likes to fish have stained water most of the year.
