A postal worker told me it would work,as long as it's the right height and carrier can reach it.

I am going to make myself one. That is not just a mailbox, but represents the ingenuity of Americans. I call it art and I recommend it for a national landmark. Contact your congress person on that idea.

It's a lot cheaper just to go to Lowes and just buy a plain mailbox. Not really worth it to stand out in a crowd. Lol
