What works for you?
When the fishing is slow I like the crappie nibbles. Only when the water is cold.
I just tip with a minnow. Dont ever use any scent may need to start trying a few.
Slab Sauce....or......G Sauce!!! Works great.
Slab sauce on lures, jigs, and live bait
I like Spike-It Garlic Dip and Fle Fly Garlic Spray. Some days it don't seem to matter but other days it seems to be the ticket...Always in my boat.
i use slab sauce put a little on the lure and on hands to keep the sent from oil and gas off your hands.
Bought a bottle of Slab Sauce, never caught a fish using it. Never had any luck using crappie nibbles either...so now I don't waste my money.
How about WD 40?

saw a video where a fisherman tried some of the old attraction like wd40 and onions and several other things . the wd40 didn`t work. some said it was made from fish oil but the co. said it didn`t have any fish products in it. onion didn`t work either .fish oil vitamins should do stick a pin at the end of the capsules and squeeze a little on your jig or put one in a tube jig with a hole in the end. can`t beat a minnow on a hook.
Pure anise oil, have any of you tried this?
I use either Procure shrimp or Bobby Garlands Moglo stuff. Both very sticky and last a while.
I make a paste with crappie nibbles and Slab Sauce and inject into the tube baits. Deadly!
Here is what I learned at Lake Talquin years ago: Buy a bucket of Gulp alive in whatever length and color you like and fish with them. Don't throw the bucket away and put your fav-o-rite jig into the solution. Best thing I have ever used...Period.
Gulp! Alive!(R) Minnow | Berkley(R)
They make a 2 1/2 inch that works on specs.
