I’m gettin’ there. Slow but sure for you “Camo” fan club members.
OK. “G” asked today how “Camo The Killer Cat” was doing and if anybody was watching over him. That’s about the 10th inquiry this week so to make sure all you Camo fans can rest assured he’s being seen after, here’s proof.

Camo has had more company than I have. A couple of buddies, my wife Vicki, and my son Nathan have all seen that he has food, water and clean litter box.
I made my first trip out of the house to go to the shop under the pretense of sewing up a strap on my back brace. Camo got a lot of loving before the needle and thread came out. At his considerable girth, Camo is much too heavy for me to be picking up at my current condition but once he was lifted onto my lap, it was heavy-duty head scratching and loving.
Hopefully, I’m at the very beginning of my healing process. My pain is now 90% confined to my left leg and hip. This hip buckled the 1st time they got me up to walk after surgery. The immediate pain was just like a ham-string pull but it is about 50/50 pain and numbness/weakness. It is the main reason it has been so hard to sleep.
Thanks for all the prayers,e-mails, PMs, calls and good karma sent my way recently. Even with all that’s been going on ,it still makes me feel like a lucky man with lots of caring friends.
