Knee surgery

Well spent most of the day at the VA getting all my pre op work done so I got one physical therapy class to attend and then I will be ready for surgery on the 21st of November. Gonna spend my turkey day in the hospital getting my left knee replaced. Got everything going with the car and hoping it want take to long. We are getting a rental car tomorrow so all we got to do is wait on the car to get repaired. Not giving up fishing just going a different way and cutting back to one boat so it will be easier for the wife to get rid of it when my time comes to join my brothers. Don

Don you got this. I'm 3 weeks post op total knee @ Asheville VA. Walking with very little pain and very minimal limp. I'm looking to be back on the water soon. Not as long as I originally thought. Keep a positive outlook.

Just getting over knee surgery myself. Ain't too bad. Praying for a good surgery and a speedy recovery.

Don, it's a piece of cake, been there and done that. Just do the work after it's done and you'll be better for it.

Don all of us here is pulling for your fast recovery after the knee replacement. My prayers are with you and your wife, she is the one with the hard job :)

Boy just when you hope nothing else happens they have managed to lose my wrecked car. It was supposed to be picked up today and taken to the body shop but it never made it there. Somebody got it yesterday and the insurance company has no idea where it is. Man what the ell else is gonna happen

Don, I agree what the heck else! I certainly hope it gets better before your knee surgery. Hope your car is found and better than new when you get it back. Don't lose your cool with the insurance company it won't help you and it doesn't bother them the least. They are not in your spot! :banghead
