You mentioned powder is This powder that you use in plastics? If so how did you use it in the mold with a brush .Quote:

Just brush/paint on any color jig and dip in clear plastic.

I have it on a reliable source that a mold to do these in a larger size just might be available from Snake River on a very affordable price. You might contact him to check on the availability of the mold or if he will make some for you. Just shoot him a PM.

Left off the last step,
After dipping in clear hot plastic
and letting drip off ,
put in water to cool off immediately.
Ran out of these so I had to make a few more,
Crappie love them.

Yeah to me it looks like grub or part of worm body then either dipped or shot in carrot mold with clear to cover them. Pretty cool!
That is a paddle tail grub with tail cut off
and laid in carrot mold and lightly injected but fast
have other pics endless combinations.
