Tornado

A tornado hit 1/2 mile below our house around 6:30 tonight. Thank you Lord for sparing our home. A main vain 4 lane road was blocked with downed power lines and several side roads near our home are also blocked with downed trees. Hope all is well with you all that live above the Charlotte area toward Salisbury and Lexington

I've noticed on radar from Charlotte to Greensboro and over toward Durham seems to be a storm battle ground. Everybody gets storms but that sliver of Carolina seems to get more than their share.

The storms seemed to be hitting this particular area the past couple of weeks. Had a few trees down in the pasture near the creek but other than that we were spared. The tornado hit about a mile below our house , some of the people we know in that area still don't have power , a lot of trees down. Thanks for the prayers guys.
