I wish it was closer to me...Nice looking place and a good price. Should sell soon.
deal breaker for me is you can't live there year round. Beautiful place
I was hoping it was on this end of the lake but realistically you would have a hard time finding a lot for that .
Is there a certain date the trailer has to be gone.I hear rumors on the west side of the lake that mobile homes had to be gone by a certain date.Think this is on some of the tva leased land from what i hear, dont remember the exact date.

this trailer has been there since 1980 it's permanent along with 30 or 40 other trailers and campers that are in the camp..the land they sit on is privately owned with a monthly lot rent of $85 which includes your water and access to the private boat ramp in the camp....TVA is not involved with anything in this camp ...The only reason im selling it is because
I've moved within 25 miles of the camp and dont need it now.
How long can you stay per visit? Is there a visit limit?
No limit I know of you just can't live there full time.... I have stayed as long as two weeks at a time ..I have had my place there for 10 years the man that owns the camp is very easy to get along with as long as you go by the rules
That's real nice!!! Wish I could pull the trigger on it.
Still available
Dang that’s nice. Very tempting.

Very tempting. I'm surprised it hasn't sold yet.
Still available
WOW can't believe someone hasn't grabbed it up !!
I agree with Chaunc. If you could live there, it would have been long gone by now.

It's really not regulated as far as time you can stay as it may seem.. I have had it for 10 years and stay there pretty much 3 days a week year round and stay for a week or so at a time several times a year .. that's more than enough time for me ..heck a fellow can only fish so much LOL! .. only reason I am selling it it I have moved closer ( 25 minutes ) and now just drive there and head back home.
Is there a secure place to park a boat while your not there and is there a rule about leasing it out.
Ray
Yes I have left my boat there for a extended period with no problems ... as Far as sub leasing it out that's not permitted..
Sent you a PM
I still have my camp for sale .. I sure would like to get it sold before winter sets in. Open to reasonable offers
