Amen! Don't knock it until ya try it!! Blackened fillets over white or some dirty rice, some green beans with taters, and some cornbread!!! And some ice cold sweet tea to wash it all down!!

Yeah, my grandmother homemade recipe is from the deep south with grounded mill, and it includes a touch of sugar. All recipes differ from region to region.

Regardless, grits are still nasty!
