Looks like you and your dad had a great time and caught some nice slabs. I wish my dad was still around. Just makes me want to make those memories with my kids that much more.
I tried that purple and char tube. I didn't get one bite on it but I was rigging though.

Great to see ya'll still enjoying the outdoors together. As for jig colors, my two best this spring was purple/chartreuse and
orange pepper/chartreuse.

Good job Mitch putting him on some slabs. Nothing like a slab pulling you out of your seat. LOL. My dad is 84, he still likes to go but he can't make a full day of it any more. When I was a kid, it used to be the other way around.
