I use 2 green ones and I also have 2 floating flounder lights. I've got them on a pole that puts them bout 7' away from the boat. Attachment 302028

I use green flourescent lights, they draw plenty of bait to the boat. Green is my go to color for night fishing.

I use green or white. Put one of each out and see which draws bait the best that night. Mine are LED and super bright. Have a Led light on a pole for overhead lighting. Check the board this weekend. We trying to put together a night stalk for the 19th.
I got a couple of green lights but mostly use a inverter to run curly 26 watt buld = 100 watt over the side . One for each person. It works for me. Some times I put my 4 foot hydro glow at the back.
I'm ready for the night life again! I'll be there ofishlbizzness with a crew but later after work.[emoji16]

Been too long for me. I haven't night fished in years. I still have the starfires and would use 'em if I dsecided to go again. If I was serious about nite fishing again I would look at investing into LED lights.
Gotta agree with Butch. Starfires are cheap, bright, and draw in bait like crazy. I sometimes use 4, one on each corner, and they are super effective. Like Gabowman, it's been a long time, but if we don't shake these 95 degree days, I'll be night fishing again soon!
