Caught a nice limit yesterday at a secret lake between DARDANELLE and Russellville known only to me an Nimrod. Cajun Cricket jigs and Minner Critters. Most in 6 to 8 feet of water. None had spawned out yet.

Yall do know I'm joking about the "secret" lake , right? If you put a boat in it you can go at least to New Orleans to the south and Tulsa, OK to the NW. Does that clear things up? I even think they might have had a Central Arkansas Crappie Tourney there today.... Ive just been warned not to tell where I'm catching or it might get too crowded. !!!

We’re stopped here in Charleston grabbing a bite after fishing this afternoon at Blue Mountain. Took the wife and two kids this time. We have at least 40 in the live well.

Is lake level down enough to launch at Waveland?
It’s still 4’ higher than normal pool if that helps.

I used Waveland Monday with about 20 other boats. Still a lot of gravel and junk in the parking lot but it’s getting cleaned up
