The fish breading we used at camp was awesome . Do any of you shop where they sell it ? No where in New Albany carries it . Walmart and 3 grocery stores was a strike out . Was told by most at camp that they really liked it .

Coach, if you can’t find it around there, contact the grocery manager at your local Walmart and request them to carry it. I did that a few years ago and all three Walmart’s around here sell it now

Everything can be found on the internet these days. Andy’s red is good stuff for sure.

It sure enough is good straight out of the bag.
It is really even better ( I know for some) to add two table spoons of tony cacheres creole seasoning to it and mix it up good.
I will have to try that Tony Cacheres. They have Andy's cajun at our Wal-mart and it is also really good. But there is one thing I have learned is you don't argue with Mississippi people about good food. Some of the best eating I've had is in MS.
That Andy’s Red is good stuff. Enjoyed the fish at camp with it straight out of the bag. Someone heisted the last bag that was there. Please send it to me. [emoji23][emoji23]

WalMart's in Memphis have it. Picked up 3 bags yesterday. $1.50 bag is a good deal in my book.
Found it at Kroger, in Tupelo. As many times as I go to academy sports I am set now . They are very close together. :ThumbsUp
Yep, our Kroger's carry it here but not Wal-Mart. I got lazy Sunday and didn't feel like making my own for just 8 fillets, bought some Zatarain's Crispy Cajun breading at Wally world. It's good and pretty dang spicy, fried up a little to thick for me, I like prefer a light breading on my feesh..
I live in Andy's country. Could drop off a trailer load on my thru next time? We switched over to Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoned Crispy few years back and love it. They also make a Cajun version that is little hotter and a New Orleans version that has a lemon tint to it. But the Seasoned Crispy is the best. Add some instant mashed potatoes flakes and you will have the best fried fish ever IMO.

We have used all the Louisiana brand mixes . May be that something different appeals to the taste buds . :popcorn
We like the Andy's red on catfish. Cuts down on that fishy taste.
