Saturate a soft cloth with the Windex Multisurface Vinegar and let it sit on the screen a while then wipe with a microfiber cloth.
water - cotton cloth - lots of rubbing is all I've ever used. Thought about using screen cleaner solutions made specifically for computer monitors, but they didn't impress me all that much, so I just stuck with what I've always used.
