I'm bringing mine and have an open seat. I'm hoping that a local or at least someone that knows something about the lake wants to go with me because I know nothing about the lake. If I can't find someone that does, I may try to hitch a ride with someone in their boat.
Some of us will help help you Fur. I'm full but you can follow one of us around. I know Phillip is going to be around where you are staying. One of us locals will meet up with you guys I'm sure

You will have better options than me Mighty, but you can certainly ride with the wife and me.
The bite has been slow this week, but things should heat up next week, The fish are ready to move up shallow and should be able to long line or fish corks and jigs. I have a full boat as of right now, but I will be at Cowan Creek Store every morning at about 6:30 am for coffee. We can talk it over and decide where it is best place to go, and make a plan and go from there. We may have to trailor and go to some other part of the lake, what ever area is hot for the week. but all are welcome to follow me, and Coach.I will try to have some more friends there to help with showing yall around.

If the weather forecast for Thursday holds, then I may not come until Thursday night. I know the fish are already wet but if we get 3-4" of rain as predicted we'd have to run our bilge pumps just to keep afloat.
