Not an expert, but they have worked for me. I usually tip with a minnow or a Crappie Nibble.
The Bass like em too. [emoji3][emoji1303]

They work fine.
Cool beans!
I looked them up online before. They only come in 1/16oz but the pro model comes in 1/32oz with no flash on the tail though.
Perhaps I will check them out.
Thanks fellas.
Slab's favorite jig. Good to have a few different colors.

This color combo is good, also the Orange head too. And lately the black head has worked good. The black head has big white eyes which I think helps. Here in Florida the Black Crappie seem to like smaller baits. What I do is cut the tail square just behind the hook. but I leave the mylar longer. I spray these with Slab Sauce, no minners. Works great.
While casting up towards the bank I use the orange headed one with a nibble ( have not ordered slab sauce) on a down rod let it straight down beside the boat get some hard hits and they hook themselves so you can lay down the casting rod and reel them in. This is lake of the ozarks your mileage may vary

Fished the arkie you have pictured Saturday on TN river. Only caught 3 crappie, two 10 inch and one 12 but the white bass absolutely loved them.
Thanks for the info Mr Slab.
The Mylar was what caught my attention.
I'll scoop me some up next time I'm in town.
P.S. Since they're a site sponsor, maybe there will be a contest for them soon. :biggrin
Maybe? :cheers2
I'm kidding. You guys go above and beyond on this site.
I use the black and chartreuse shinee hinee probably 90% of the time.

They will work fine . How many do I have ? 0 . Two years ago I bet my brother I could catch a crappie on a jig head of his choice and a piece of red yarn . Took less than 5 mins. Put it in the right place ," Bam " .
Shinee Hinee has been a favorite of mine a couple of years now. The one you show and the silver (looks like a minner) are my best colors. Like the other guy said the white bass also love them.
White shinee hinees with pink head tipped with minnow is my best springtime bait once the water starts to clear up. Caught a 17" on it!
I use them lot spider rigging. Sometimes they out produce the regular jig. White bass and Hybird's love them.

I have several in all the colors and have great success with them. they have a pro model that has red hooks. I like the pink head and blk and chrt the best.
