Pontoon

I got my pontoon back from the shop this morning. They replaced the oil cooler and it fixed the problem. They have a problem with them blowing oil out the exhaust. Bill wound up to be $350.00 so not complaining at all. Now to get a good day to go fishing.

Good to hear Don, I am thinking of driving over to Lake Greenwood Saturday morning. My backup is to fish Santee or Murray.

Good news, glad it's fixed. I hope you get a good day to go fishing. This rain and wind up here has kept most of us off the water. I got a cold at work over the weekend and I hope it don't last long. My days off this week are taken up by Dr. appointments and VA annual check. So hopefully next week I'll get out and go! Catch a couple for me! :highfive

Well it looks like my fishing has been put on hold for a while. I have started back to falling again like I did 3 years ago. I just got up to walk to the kitchen and got half way there and dropped my drink took a couple more steps and dropped me. I fell backward and really hurt my legs and feet. As most of you know I am awaiting knee replacement surgery so this fall really hurt. I have fallen 2 times in 6 days so I am just going to play it by ear and see what happens. No fun at all. Yuall have fun and catch a bunch and occasionally catch one for me.

Don, I'm sorry to hear that your falling down. I can relate to your pain and it really is a bad situation to be in. I some times wished I had mine replaced earlier than I did. Please! Be careful and take your time getting up and get stable before you start to move. Get yourself a cane, it will help you stay stable. You are in my prayers!:highfive

Don, I hate hear that, do you think it's a blood pressure ( or lack of it) problem? As Ron says get stable before you walk away for the chair at least you have a place to land softly

Grady I cannot just jump up I get up real slow and then walk away. Only one or two times has it happened by the chair and I fell into the chair. Most of the time I am 10 to 20 feet from my chair and no place to fall. I have no idea what it is and neither does the VA. Got to go see my oncologist tomorrow so I will stop by primary care after I do my other appointment.

Don, before you fall do you feel light headed or dizzy?
I had a problem where I'd feel dizzy or faint, saw the cardiologist ran test etc. His best guess was I wasn't drinking enough water. This would happen sitting or standing, I was lucky and able to get on the ground fast without falling.
By the way by water he meant water not coffee, soft drinks etc.

That is the problem I don't feel anything I just loose control and go down I cannot stop it when it starts. I can't even try to break my fall. I talked to my oncologist and primary care dr and they think my blood pressure is to good and I need to get it up around 150/100. It was 115 over 80. So I am going to go that route and see what happens. I just sprained my foot thank goodness nothing broken. Took the toon up the lake for a trail run and it preformed as good as expected. I tried out my trolling motor and it worked flawless. Spot lock holds you where it is suppose to. Several boats fishing up the little river. Did not fish just rode. Going to try them a couple day next week. Right now I am a happy camper.

Don I hate to hear you are having troubles. I know it is a pain all over when stuff like this slows you down. Prayers for you.
