Who has returned a unit under warranty. What is the process and return time. Already have a return number from them. Have a brand new helix mega that keeps blacking out intermittently on SI/DI. Not a happy camper at the moment.

I'm hoping I don't have to send in again. That could get expensive pretty quick.
theysaid I sent a unit back and could not believe how fast they fixed it and sent it back to me. Been a while ago but seems like they sent me a shipping label by email and it didn't cost me anything their and back. I will say Humminbird customer service was #1 in my books.

Just received tracking number. Should be here by 3/21. 2 days is a quick turnaround. Even though I had to return a new unit for repair, I'm impressed with humminbird.
