So where do they go? Shallow? Here in Oklahoma we’ve had a lot of rain. Lake Eufaula up 7 feet in 7 days and still rising. What are your “go-to’s” in these conditions. Hope to chase em this weekend.

If the water is relatively warm & not extremely muddy ... I've known them to go up into the flooded trees/brush.
Fishing under those conditions, I'd opt for a minnow 18" under a float, fished right next to flooded live trees of any significant girth ... dipping it around all four "sides" of the tree & letting it sit for no more than 30sec's. One might also consider vertical jigging those trees & bushes. And if you happen upon a standing dead tree hulk ... work them over good, too !!
I only say that because of one trip I made with some buds, down to Barkley/Ky Lake under flooded conditions, and that's how we managed to catch our fish .... while many others were turning their boats around in the parking lots & heading home. Granted, it wasn't in late Feb (but, in late April) and it was almost 50yrs ago :Rofl ... but, that's the only experience I've had that comes close to any such scenario you're presenting. SO ... yeah, no guarantees on success :Doh:
Old Hickory Lake is up and muddy. But crappie are being in caught in wind blown coves with water depths as little as a foot. On other lakes in mid TN it is the same.

I am going to try and find out tomorrow on my local lake.
Crappie will go to their comfort zone, warmer water with abundant food. The wind blows the bait into coves, shore. look for visible wood, the water around it will be warmer then a couple feet away.
Was at a local lake today, muddy (zero visibility), up about a foot, 43°-45° surface temp. Spent most of today mapping it.
Might try to get a few tomorrow, after a little more mapping.
Gonna try what y'all said.
Pulled these...and more.....out of muddy water fishing from the bank. These fish were in less than a foot of water.

Is spider rigging creek channels or rip rap good in these conditions?

I went yesterday to a area lake and caught fish in 35' to 10'. water was milky and almost no visibility. I spider rigged in 35' of water and caught a few. Jigs worked better in shallow water. The water temp was 46-49.
Most all fish move up in muddy water and shallow if rising . I know this is so . my grandpa told me . Boy, I sure miss him . :fish
