11 gates open at KY Dam. It would be hard to keep an anchor stuck to the bottom. That much current and 40 degree water ain't a good recipe for catching crappie.

Its bad down here also. The big 4 are spiking 8-15', and still climbing.
47° water temp at 10am today and muddy enough to plow on the Little Emory near Bitter Creek. Water as high as ive seen it.
Anyone know how much excess ft of cable are on the river buoys ? Looks like the one you can see off the I-75 bridge on the Hiwassee is half underwater from normal.
Woods reservoir is full and muddy. Tims Ford is about 4 or 5 feet from summer pool and muddy but starting to clear up in some of the creeks
I’m afraid that it’s going to be a long while!

When I'm at work I think of all the things I could be doing if it were warmer out at night, 3rd shift guy... Then when I get home in the morning after pulling 12 hours I'm like phooey! I'm going to bed. Then when I wake up, I'm like dang I'm worn out! Then the Fishing Reports dry up pretty much this time of year and I have nothing to read when I'm at work!
