Me and dondon both have feist squirrel dogs. There are several good lines of dogs here in Mississippi and a lot out of the state. I just recently got a Mullins bred feist. She is only 5 months old and has not started yet. My older dog is 2 and was given to me as a 6 week old puppy. I was killing squirrels with him at 4 months old.
I believe if I was going to get another puppy right now I would look up Reynolds feist and get one out of Reynolds Rondo. I know a guy that only hunts the reynolds blood and his puppies all start young and most make really good dogs.
Your profile says you are from Mo. There is a guy up there with the last name Williams that has some awesome feist.
Here in Mississippi the bigger name dogs are Keith Landrum’s dog Landrum’s Taz(LT) and Wade Yates just bought most the Atomic Feist.
Eta..his name is Danny Williams.
Lee at Pheonix squirrel dogs had some great dogs. That's where I got both of mine. He's been killing the mess of squirrels this year. I just haven't had the time to go but 3 times so far
Do you happen to know where abouts in MO Mr Williams is from? Wade is the one I emailed and haven't heard back from, I really like a little dog I saw on YouTube named Atomic Bling and would like to have one of her pups. Maybe he'll email me back and let me know if he has any pups or is expecting some

6 week old puppy price ranges from $200-$400. If its started, meaning treeing squirrels a little, usually starts at $1,000

my best bud was into squirrel dogs off and on for years, last good Feist he had came from Piedmont area and was a darned good one. sorry he is a Hermit now and won't answer his phone so can't reach him to find out who he got her from.

I know where one is that trees squirrels daily for free to a good home. His dad was the best squirrel dog I and anyone else that hunted with em had ever seen. He is a very gentle kerr / pit bull. Not an aggressive bone in his body towards people. I am saying this because I am not a pitbull fan at all. His dad died last year leaving my buddy depressed and not hunting. Guarenteed dog. Just does not get hunted. Trees squirrels in large fenced in back yard.

Most guys I know go up there to buy squirrel dogs . It's interesting that your searching for 1 in Mississippi.

Thanks for the help Brian, I talked to Terry for awhile about the whole shebang, good good dude! He's suppose to be sending me pics of his pup. Then I talked to Mr Williams for about 30 min but he don't have any pups at this time but a dog I'm looking at is actually out of his stock, so I put a deposit on him and should be getting him within the next 2 weeks
