When using minners do y'all prefer a gold hook or bronze?
Always used gold hooks myself, but that is what I was shown growing up. Not sure if it makes a difference.

Never see a difference in catching. I would think the bronze would rust out quick if you gut hook one.

I Have always used the gold hooks until I started using 214 el hooks can only find em in bronze and they work just as good for me!

I use gold, bronze, red, and blue. They all seem to do exactly the same thing.
I use all of the colors. I like gold the best!

I always use red tru turn hooks for minnows don't know if the color really makes a difference.

I don't fish with minnards much but I use whatever Ive got
Gold Lite Wire Eagle Claw.
I have noticed that I have trouble catching them regardless of hook color....
And while I'm thinking about it, you're going fishing with me, or I'm going with you sometime soon. Just go ahead and get us to the idea. LOL
