It rides 10x better than any aluminum boat I've ever been in.

I've got my eyes on 20 bay. I got to get my hands on one first, want to really go thru one. Then a water test, I keep hearing good things about the ride.

I was told by dealer you can’t get the sea dek in the h20pfc unless you buy bulk and cut it yourself The boat above is the crappie boat

Before you buy see Bill @ Big River Marine. You wont beat his deal. I can guarantee that.

Any boat you get SeaDek can be installed....maybe not by the dealer or manufacturer....but most larger towns...cities...have a SeaDek guy that will come out and laser shoot and measure your boat and then they send it back to you and you install. It will look like it came out of the factory....watching that process and then seeing the finished product is pretty impressive.

Jwater, I guess you mean the lower picture. They are driftmaster crappie stalkers. I mounted them like that so I could lay them over the front and out of my way when casting.

What were you not happy about with your xpress boat?

Which of these boats has the newest set of Xpress decals on it? While I'm redoing the carpet in mine I'm going to get our paint guy to repaint it. I called the factory and talked with someone and asked them about decals. They aren't too bad expensive but I don't want the one that runs half way down the side of the boat. I like the ones pictured that just say Xpress with nothing extra. They said you could only get current run decals, but I don't know what those are. I've got a sign guy that I use locally but getting the X to look like the X on the factory Xpress label might not be possible.
I have a 1999 18’6 I love it ! I have only owed it 2 yrs but it’s been fished hard and been through a lot of ruff waters since it became mine ! Still solid as a rock and a great comfortable ride in big waters!i love the padded hull so smooth!
The single sheet of aluminum that the bottom is made from, delaminated? Came apart in layers? I work with metal every day of the week and I know that's possible in steel but have never seen it happen with aluminum. Not saying it can't or won't, just that I've never seen it. Sounds to me like they got a bad batch of aluminum when yours was made. Did Xpress not work with you on the boat?
Mine is 20 years old and it doesn't have a single crack, bow, warp of any deformation of the hull or interior.
Did you talk to Xpress about fixing the issues?
I hate to hear that. I'm somewhat confused over what you're talking about on the delamination. There's a layer of foam between the bottom of the boat and the interior floor. What delaminated?
That would be the one of two complaints with mine, my boat has the "ripped open" graphics which I don't find to terrible but one side is about 6" further forward when measured and it one of pet peeves considering the cost of these rigs. Eventually I will have some cut that are smaller. The other is that with no carpet the compartment lid vibrate when the motor is idling which could be fixed with thicker gasket material. I will say I love my boat but with things here and there fit and finish I kind of have a hard time recommending one to anyone.
