do you guys have the recipe for smoke cheese????
Maybe orange with a drop or two of smoke dye? Would the orange be a deeper orange like cheddar or lighter like Swiss (I'm not mess'n with ya). Orange pearl laminate is one I've liked since discovering it by accident.
I'm sure you'll figure it out.
Google Smoked Cheese and it will show you real smoked cheese and there are many different colors of that....look and find the real smoked cheese that you like best and try to duplicate that color it seems to vary from light yellow to orange....even a burnt orange...has a brownish smoke ring around the edges on some. Experiment untill you get it like you want.
I'm SOOO SORRY Bob...But couldn't help my self.....

I was just thinking - the more you reheat any light color, the more smoked it looks. White or clear even begins to turn to orange the more it's cooked and it starts to have a smoked tinge.
Wow Bob those colors almost hurt my eyes...So how does one go about getting some samples?
Will do.... I don't want the cheese...I WANT THE MOLDY SOCK SCENT!!!!!
