welcome to CDC . i don`t fish Clark Hill it is to far there are some on here that do . i fish lake blackshear mostly because it is closer . i have had some good reports lately at Blackshear . was over there at Camper Haven last week and fish was being cough up in the river area in deep water . i can`t go for a while i have a probable with my leg . i have cellulitis in it . hope to get to go soon .they have been catching them in deep water . try drop shooting in the river channel brush piles drop offs 20 to 30 Ft. of water or long line . look at Blackshear reports .

Soap creek is good or little river on Carolina side.

next week's warm up looks promising. Was going to check the Holliday park area, big heart, and Germany. Sounds like the soap creek, fishing creek area can't be overlooked.

Fishing creek, newford and pistol creeks all good. Look for brushpiles in channel or in deeper coves.
Big and Hart are Great in Feb.;)

Attachment 288522Well the Clark Hill trip was a bust . The wind and bite was terrible ! left the Hill drove to Dead lake in Florida. We had a Great time and caught limits on couple of days. The best colors were John Deere green, Black with chartreuse tail,fish were full of eggs. I believe they were laying Attachment 288521Attachment 288471

Hobo we stayed at the rivers edge in George town. Their is a campground on dead lake, it's bull creek campground .
Where is dead lake?
Dead lake is off of crescent lake.
