Does the food taste as good as it looks?
That looks pretty good G! How does it do on frying fish? LOL
Sent that before looking on page 2 of the posts. LOL Those look pretty good. Were they crispy?
I have heard that it's not as good as fried food.
I think it tastes a lot better....i guess it really depends on how you do it....my method is working for me......could not really tell any difference on the fish.

Is the food good from these air fryers. How does the food compare to pan or deep frying?
Just as good to me....some foods even better. Lot healthier too.

I don't have an air fryer yet, but I see in some of the posts that G and others are spraying their fish, etc with Pam after breading, before cooking. I can't add anything about air fryers but thought I'd let you know that there is a refillable pump up oil sprayer made by Pampered Chef, that you can fill with olive oil, pump a few times and spray on food. I got my wife to get one because we put olive oil on vegetables before baking them. I much prefer it to using Pam and in the long run it's much cheaper.
This is a link to it: https://www.pamperedchef.com/shop/Co...+Spritzer/2733
Good idea....the PAM spray i have been useing is the olive oil version .....i will look into the spritzer bottle tho. I am going to do shrimp next so stay tuned.

I got one just like the one they are showing and so far everything has cooked as good or better than fried.
I think you'll like it. It just uses air as the propellant. There's no "rocket fuel" smell like I smell with the propellant used in Pam.Quote:
