Bama, if your putting them in a zip lock baggie with the sweet baby rays in it and shake them up,really good coating them, then, put them back in the air fryer for another minute or so coated with the BBQ sauce. Try it for a minute or 2 next time. Yummy!!!!
Do corn on the Cobb in the air fryer. Lightly coat with olive oil unfrozen, temp 390, preheat 3 min, then cook 10 to 12 min and turn half way done.
We have used ours for deer blackstrap and a couple of other meats and have been very pleased. My wife bought some chicken legs the other day and here’s the end product. Attachment 285490
The chicken was as moist and tender as I’ve ever had. I’m a dark meat chicken and turkey lover. My wife rarely eats dark meat but she loved this.
I think we cooked it10 minutes at 400 with the Bbq sauce on it, turned them over and basted the other side well ,then 10 more minutes. We are sold on ours.

man I hope all this good about them is true. I just got one the other day because I LOVE fried food but I'm not supposed to have much of it. Made frozen fries in it according to directions, and they came out pretty good. Better than in the oven for sure.
I ordered one a couple day ago and I am still waiting on it. I got chicken wings and drumsticks in the refrigerator waiting on it to get here. Why is everybody scared to try crappie in one. As soon as mine gets here I am going to try crappie and see how they taste. :dono:dono:dono

The wife is puny and not cooking so tonite threw 4 frozen burgers in mine 360 for 17 min add another minute for the cheese, handful of frozen onion rings, opened a can of baked beanie Winnie’s in Miceowave and easy cooking for me. Love the air fryer.
Don let me know what you think and how well the Crappie does cooked in it. With the browning of the food that’s a big plus for me. The food has to look and taste good [emoji4]

Hey, Don let me know how you like it. My wife has been wanting one. I have a question so do you put the bbq sauce on after they are fully cooked or cook them halfway or so then add sauce?
I was wrong on my original post. My wife put Cajun seasoning on the legs,cooked the legs 10 minutes at 350, put Bbq sauce on them, then cooked them 7 more minutes, turned them over and put more Bbq sauce on, then 10 more minutes cook time.
