I would ALMOST always agree with you but it 16 degrees here right now with an 11mph wind making it 3 degrees with the wind chill.. my red neck ain't used to this!!

Go deep! Water temp was around 41 degrees last time I went and most baitfish were hanging around the deepest holes. Look for baitballs and start fishing above them. They are constantly moving around so you've got to find their pattern for that particular day. Let me know when you get ready to go and I'll point out some areas that have produced well.Quote:
