No good whatsoever. Mail them to me and I’ll recycle them as a favor.
I have about the same success with it as black and chartreuse, which is my favorite combo.
Red and chartreuse has probably been a Ky and Barkley Lake staple for as long as plastics have been around ...
Rickie
Most folks in these parts consider a green jig to be KY Lake Killer color. That combo shown has always been chart/red.
This time o the year, I would just have to have a blue head on that jig.
Great color for springtime dingy water conditions. Also use it in the winter from time to time. It's a must have in the tackle box, period!

Who is making these and what is the length. I'll need to test them up north. (soon as it warms up, current temp. 7 and going down). Pop
Search crappie tubes & you should find it, with plenty other colors you will like.
We use the Strike King Mr Crappie Jokers and Slabalicious, Red/Chartreuse Sparkle. Great product!

I don't know if fish will eat them but something just attracted me to them.
They are likely hollow tubes, so don't expect them to last long on the hook. And if you want a color combo that's hard to beat in most of our waters .... get blue/chartreuse. (better yet, get solid body tubes, as they will stay on the jig a lot longer than hollow body tubes) :twocents
I like the hollow tubes myself as I inject crappie nibbles inside them. Works like a charm.
PICO Lures has some great tubes at good prices,Better get ya some.
Red/ chart used to be my favorite on Enid . Never had the flake variety though . I still use them but purple/chart is my go to .
I also use the hollow tubes filled with nibbles from a baitpump injector, that's my go to jig in whichever color seems to work best at the time.
Two-inch in that color is a killer for walleyes in the winter...
I believe Southern Pro calls their red/char = KY Lake Killer and a Blue/char = Weiss Lake Killer at least in the 2" hot grub
No never tried that,I've been using the same baitpump for 10 years now so I'm very satisfied with what I spent on it(around $20.00 I think).
I have used Kentucky Lake Killers for for a long time a long time in my local lakes for

Messed that up! They catch everything. I have ordered from several tackle dealers and got different variations of the same bait.

Kentucky Lake Killers I like are red translucent bodies with silver glitter with chartreuse tail and green glitter these 2 1/2 inch baits will catch many different species in the various lakes I fish. White bass and hybrid striped bass nail them along with the crappie.
