First look at the squirrel tail jigs I ordered.
I'm so happy to see these.
Can't wait to get them.

Ridiculously cheap and easy to hand tie btw. Squirrel + car = free squirrel tails. Grab your shears and keep your head on a swivel so you don't wind up laying next to the squirrel!
I don't have a fly tying kit yet, so I got these.
So I decide to go out and drive around since its 17 degrees here.
I step out on the porch and see this.

I'm good.:Rofl
Skwerl tail jigs are ridiculously effective for bream fishing. I've used them and tied them myself for years. The tails on the ones you got are longer than what I use. If you trim them once they're tied, you cut the little wite tip off the hairs.
The one right above the "belly button" on the bucket lid is closest in length of hair to what I use. I've never made any from fox skwerl tails. Those red ones might be the ticket.
I had him leave them long for me.
I like the tail action.
I've been watching videos on youtube about tying jigs.
A lot of people crop the tails short.
I like the leech action the tail mimics.
