Haven't heard any good reports yet, keep Monroe on the back burner.
:donoyou might just have to report to us...good luck
Inquiring minds want to know .......
We are going to give it hell still feels a little early but taking my buddy and his boy out. I will let you all know how it is.
maybe it's the cold weather. not moving much. I know I'm not.
I apologize, I usually have better manners. Sometimes. Welcome from Debary, FL. Just up the street from the Monroe Puddle.
Well sorry it took a while to get back here but it was a bust that day. Ramp was closed due to search for missing plane so had to start on north end of river and run to Harney. Not a bit, high water, dirty, cold. Bad combination. We tried it all banks, bridges, rigging but nothing. Seems like we are a few weeks out. I will let you know when I get on them. I usually fish Poinsette in Cocoa but has been slow there as well. Happy holidays to everyone!
"I usually fish Poinsette in Cocoa but has been slow there as well."
It's not slow, there just are no fish in the lake, no grass no fish. that's how it works. To bad are great St Johns Water Management doesn't understand that. Winder is worse.
I used to fish Middle River a lot and always did good, but haven't been down there probably in five years now.
I would offer, Middle River will be good "if" the water in in the banks, if not, they'll be out in the bushes etc, etc, etc .....
Was gonna hit Poinsette today but sounds like I will hold off maybe chase some redfish instead!
