Visions Ceramic cooler. Ennivator has one and while camping I brought home some chicken he cooked. Wife decided I needed one. So here is my Christmas present and first run.

When I opened the lid on it before throwing the steaks on she had pegged the thermometer. Enovator teaching me how to use this thing. Threw them on, seared on each side for about 2 minutes. Then shut the lid, closed the dampers completely off and cooked about 5-6 minutes. Came out perfect.Quote:
