Leaving out at 4:15 am to take my preacher crappie fishing. His first time to high rock and first time crappie fishing. I got to be a little more careful on how excited I get in the boat with him,don't want to let a bad word slip out. Hope to get him on some fish. Will give a report tomorrow night when I get back and maybe post a couple pictures from the boat. Everybody be safe on the water over thanksgiving holidays.

I will be in a green 17 ft boot with a tiller handle motor. Two people in the boat I'll have on a camo coat and bibs on. Stop and say hello and hope I can tell you where the fish are. Good luck Matt

Good day again today. Brought home 65 through back at least that many. I think my pastor is hooked on crappie fishing today. I told him all he need now was a boat , a truck , and plenty of rods and reels and a lot of jigs [emoji3]. He said I'll just go with you lol.

Good job! How deep is the water you are fishing?
Between 18 and 24 ft today. Was pulling jigs around 12 to 14 ft at 1.04 mph and 1.15

Are you going back today jig puller? We kept 175 yesterday most off minnows biggest was 15 1/4in and (2) 14in the rest 9 to 11in and a few 8"

Just now getting time to answer you back. I might try to go back Friday. Great job Matt. Did you fish near the trusses and island. How deep. The fish we caught started out catching them in 22--24 ft of water around 14-- 16 ft deep. Later on in the day the fish moved around 17--19 fow caught them about 10--12 ft deep. Call me if your going Friday or Saturday.

I'm going to be out of town this weekend going to cut a Christmas tree down so we went today and Kept 134 at the trusses it was very slow fish from 8 till 5:15 most of them come off of jigs in 25 to 32 foot of water later in the afternoon we started catching some on single 1/16 oz jig in the same depth of water had some real nice ones but everything was over 9
