Yep them is good ole dark water crappie that we catch here on the coast rivers and creeks.

Very pretty fish!! Caught a few in Boiling Spring Lakes this morning that were extremely dark from the tannin water. Almost looked like spawning colors. Certainly a noticeable difference in color east of I-95.
