Am I missing something? I would think the 360 would be perfect for spider rigging and and also finding brush out in front of the boat.....I don’t see or hear of a lot of ppl using this technology...I can’t help but wonder why ? I feel like seeing what’s out front and ahead of the boat would be awesome...

A lot of people can't get past the fact that 360 does not show as pretty a picture as SI ...and thus feel like 360 is inferior to SI ... (we are spoiled to picture like SI images) ...
The true undeniable fact is that 360 shows data that SI cannot = what's in front of the xducer ...
That's the benefit of 360 (even tho 360 is not as pretty a picture) ...

I am a proud new owner of 360. SI/DI are scouting tools. 360 is an execution tool. 360 allows the user to target specific structure and fish with accuracy. I am catching more fish with this tool

I will be getting 360 around christmas or in the spring most likely. I want it bad... but this version has been out for some time now and I just know that as soon as I buy it, an updated one will be released. Keep posting pics guys.... I love looking at them.

Interesting but can you split screen to look at maps. I rely on seeing contour lines so I don't hang up spider rigging. But I am going for front electronics soon. Thinking about another dragonfly 7 up front. Your thoughts. ?

The best TM you can use with it is an Ultrex. I will tell you, I am not overly impressed with my Ultrex and Spot Lock. Love the motor, but the claimed accuracy of Spot Lock has been lacking in my experience. Of course, it could be the user...:fish

It cost me $300 plus for a bracket to attach my 360 to my ultrex. So add that. Also , I'm not happy with the spot lok on my Ultrex, as mentioned ealier. 360 bolts up fine to a Fortrex but needs additional hardware for an Ultrex
True, but if you already have an ultrex and want to add a 360 to it, you can now buy the 360 for the ultrex. No extra bracket required after purchase. That is IF you can find one in stock.Quote:
