Update: got this directly from the guy in green.... NO WAKE ZONE PERTAINS TO THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SIDE OF LAKE MONROE ONLY..... IT DOESN'T APPLY TO THE VOLUSIA PORTION (north side).
you might be thinking..... How would I know?.... Anyway that's the ruling as of today.... Might change any day now..... The water is dropping fast. About 8 to 10" in the last 72 hours according to the FWC officer I spoke with.

Looks like dropping at a steady rate.
All of the walkways at SR44 ramp are about 4" out of the water now, with luck they will open that ramp up soon.

SR 44/Whitehair bridge the ramps are now open.
