Ouch that hurts. Been a mechanic 26 years and had my fair share of bangs and bruises. But I ain't had a shiner like that yet. I say yet for good reason.

I was laying under my car working on something one time and had one of those gut wrenching sneezes that come out of nowhere...yep...pounded my nose on the underbody of the car...then my head bounced back on the concrete floor two or three times!
