Nice ! that's the only way my grand paw would eat em! Always said they were so moist that way and much better flavor.

That looks awesome!. I hope you enjoyed. Especially the fins. When I do keep some to fillet for dinner, I will also keep the tail fins for frying. Thanks for sharing.

Those look great. Usually like the crispy skin on fish done that way.
