Just loaded the truck for another benefit cook. We make apple cobblers for the Apple Festival at First Baptist in Raymore. All the proceeds go to the Mission Baptist Childrens Home.
We have 3 cases of apples and 50 yellow cake mixes along with about 20 pounds of cinnamon and sugar mix. Probably make between 35 to 40 cobblers and be done cooking about 2pm.
