Nice fish...I live just off Hwy 2 near the Choctawhatchee and fish it for flatheads...I recognize that spot haha
It is well known among the locals for sure. That particular fish is still there if no one else has found it. I only keep what I plan to eat. No need in over harvesting, that will ruin any fishery. Some hate the flathead but I love the fight they have.
